ضمن أحكامها الجائرة، أصدرت محكمة الثورة الإيرانية حكمًا بالسجن خمسة أعوام ضد المواطن الأحوازي أمين حطاب بناءً على تهم ملفَّقة بشكل صارخ، وأسباب زائفة.
وكان قد جرى اعتقال أمين حطاب البالغ من العمر 26 عامًا في نوفمبر ٢٠١٨ من قبل مخابرات الحرس الثوري في الأحواز العاصمة وتم نقله لغرف التحقيق في قاعدة الإمام علي التابعة للحرس الثوري الإرهابي.
وبعد قضاء عامين ونصف العام خرج بوثيقة باهضة الثمن بانتظار البت في قضيته، حتى صدر الحكم ضده قبل شهرين ونقل مؤخرًا إلى سجن شيبان.
من جهتها، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، الأحكام الجائرة التي تصدرها محاكم الثورة الإيرانية بناءً على تهم ملفَّقة بشكل صارخ، وأسباب زائفة، وهو الأمر الذي يُعد مؤشرًا لمدى التدهور الذي وصل إليه النظام القضائي في جغرافية ما تسمى إيران.
وتشجب المنظمة بشدة استنساخ القضاء الإيراني لنظام الاعتقال الإداري عبر احتجاز أشخاص لشهور، بل وأحيانًا لسنوات، بدون محاكمة وبدون توجيه تهم رسمية لهم، وبعد جولة من التحقيقات الأولية التي يجرى خلالها تعذيب المعتقلين نفسيًا وجسديًا، ثم يجد المعتقل نفسه بعد أعوام محكوم عليه بسنوات أخرى تصل إلى 15 عامًا، مما يُحيل الحبس الاحتياطي إلى عقوبة في حد ذاته.
وإزاء هذا، تدعو المنظمة إلى ضرورة أن يفرج النظام الإيراني فورًا ودون قيد أو شرط عن جميع المعتقلين الذين سُجنوا دونما سبب، وإلى أن يتم الإفراج عنهم، ينبغي أن يكفل النظام الإيراني احتجازهم في ظروف تتماشى مع القانون، بما في ذلك إخراجهم من الحبس الانفرادي، والسماح لهم بالتواصل مع أهاليهم ومحاميهم، وبالحصول على أية رعاية طبية لازمة.
وتهيب المنظمة بالأمم المتحدة وهيئاتها المختلفة الفاعلة في المشهد الحقوقي بضرورة اتخاذ خطوات جادة لإيقاف الأحكام الجائرة الصادرة بحق المعتقلين الأحوازيين، والإفراج عنهم بشكل فوري وعاجل، خاصة وأن أغلبهم يعانون من حالة صحية متدهورة.
