في أحدث حلقات عنف الشرطة في الأحواز، قتل مواطن أحوازي رميًا بالرصاص على يد دوريات الأمن خلال ملاحقته في حي الخالدية في الأحواز.
وبحسب شهود العيان، فإن المواطن مهدي نگراوي –البالغ من العمر 17 عامًا – كان يتجول في حي الخالدية بدراجة، الأربعاء الماضي، إلا أنه فوجئ بملاحقته من قبل قوات النظام الإيراني دون إي سبب يذكر
وخلال المطاردة أصيب بجرح خفيف بعد إطلاق النار عليه وتم نقله على الفور إلى المشفى وكان بحالة جيدة، بحسب ما أفادت المصادر.
وبعد ساعات من الانتظار، أبلغت القوات الأمنية أن الشاب الأحوازي مهدي توفي نتيجة إصابته بطلق ناري من قبل أحد المستوطنين اللر في الأحواز.
وفي هذا الصدد، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، استمرار مسلسل القتل الجماعي خارج إطار القانون، حيث اعتادت الأجهزة الأمنية الإيرانية على استباحة دماء الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل والإفلات من العقاب.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن جرائم الإعدام الميداني تشكل انتهاكًا صارخًا لجميع المواثيق والقوانين الدولية الخاصة بحقوق الإنسان، والتي تؤكد على الحق في الحياة كأحد الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان؛ إذ نصت المادة (3) من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان على أن “لكل فرد الحق في الحياة والحریة وفي الأمان على شخصه”.
وتحمل المنظمة النظام الإيراني المسؤولية الكاملة عن توفير الحماية للمدنيين الأحوازيين سواء من أجهزته الأمنية.
وتدعو المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة إلى التدخل الفوري العاجل لوقف جرائم الحرب وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان وإجبار النظام الإيراني على احترام المواثيق الدولية.
كما تطالب بضرورة التدخل لوقف جرائم الاغتيال بحق الشعب الأحوازي باعتبارها شكل من أشكال الإعدام الميداني بدون محاكمة، وتقديم مقترفي هذه الجرائم للمحاكمة.
وتشدد على ضرورة إدانة المجتمع الدولي ومنظماته الحقوقية بكل أشكالها الإعدامات الميدانية التي تنفذها الأجهزة الإيرانية ضد الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل، والتأكيد على حقه في ملاحقة أركان النظام الإيراني على جرائمه أمام المحاكم الدولية.
