أبرياء في الطريق لأخطر سجون إيران .. متى ينتفض المجتمع الدولي؟

قالت مصادر حقوقية، إن نحو ثمانية من منتفضي الكرامة

قالت مصادر حقوقية، إن نحو ثمانية من منتفضي الكرامة ونشطاء آخرون سيقومون بتسليم أنفسهم السبت الموافق ف تاريخ 09.12.2023 السلطات سجن شيبان بعد أن صدرت بحقهم أحكامًا تنفيذية نهائية.
وكانت محكمة الثورة الإيرانية في الأحواز، قد أصدرت أحكامًا جائرة بحقهم، والذين جرى اعتقالهم في فترات متباينة خلال انتفاضة الكرامة عام 2017م، وأفرج عنهم بشكل مؤقت وقتها.
وتعيد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان نشر القائمة التي تضم أسماء النشطاء الثقافيين ومدد السجن الصادرة بحق كل منهم، وهم كالتالي:
-موسى خالدي بالغ من العمر 35 عامًا يعمل معلمًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-توفیق فلاحیه 34 عامًا يعمل خبیر فني: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-حسين استعداد ٢٩ عامًا يعمل ممرض ومغني راب: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-هادی جلالي ٣٨ عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-شيخ فايز زهروني 30 عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-ناصر شایع أبو فهد 59 عامًا: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-سعید فاخر نسب متقاعد دائرة التعليم: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-مهند ثعلبي ٢١ عامًا وبالغ من العمر ١٦ عامًا حينما جرى اعتقاله: (5 سنوات تعلیقي، سنة سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-علي ثعلبي 53 عامًا يعمل مزراعًا: (سنتين تعلیقي، ٨ أشهر سجن، سنتين ممنوع الخروج).
-مالك السويط ٣٠ عامًا: ( سنتين تعليقي، 50 يومًا سجن، سنتین ممنوع الخروج).
-حسين فرج الله كعب باحث وكاتب في التاريخ من أبناء مدينة تستر.
وكان سجن شيبان مركزًا لرعاية المدمنين، إذ يطلق عليه بين أهالي المعتقلين سجن عيادة الأحواز، وذلك قبل أن ينقل لعهدة منظمة السجون التي قامت بتحويله لأحد أسوء السجون الإيرانية على الإطلاق، والذي يضم عدد من أقدم النشطاء الأحوازين المعتقلين.
وتنتهج سلطات السجن أسوأ قواعد المعاملة مع المعتقلين حيث تمنع عنهم الزيارات، وإذا سمحت لهم؛ فإنها ترفض لقاء المعتقل مع ذويه وجهًا لوجه، ويتم اللقاء عبر هاتف ثابت لعدة دقائق فقط، وفي أحيان كثيرة لا يعمل، وتتصنت على ما يجري خلال المكالمة.
وتضم عنابر السجن أعدادًا أكبر مما تتحمله طاقتها التشغيلية، ويقضي المعتقلون أيامهم في ظروف غير آدمية، إذ لا توفر لهم سلطات السجن المياه من أجل النظافة الشخصية أو حتى مياه الشرب، وتفوح من العنابر روائح كريهة نظرًا لغياب التهوية وأعمال النظافة.
ويتعرض المعتقلون لضغوط نفسية رهيبة من قبل آمري السجن، بالإضافة إلى المعاملة السيئة والضرب المبرح الذي يفضي إلى الموت في كثير من الحيان، وقد سجلت المنظمات الحقوقية العديد من حالات الموت.
وتتبع المخابرات الإيرانية أساليب خبيثة لبث الفرقة بين المعتقلين والذين تتنوع معتقداتهم وطوائهم بهدف زرع الضغينة والعداوة بينهم لأهداف متعددة على رأسها ضمان عدم وحدة صفهم.
وفي ضوء ما تقدم تعبر المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان عن موقفها من خلال عدد من الرسائل كالتالي:
• إن واقع السجون الإيرانية واقع مزرٍ، إذ تتوالى الانتهاكات في حق المعتقلين، والتي بلغت حد حرمانهم من أبسط حقوقهم بمنع الطعام والزيارات، ومنع الأدوية، ما تسبب في ارتفاع الوفيات داخل السجون.
• إن المعتقلين الأحوازيين يخضعون لطرق تحقيق بدائية ووسائل تعذيب وأساليب وحشية تجبر آلاف الأبرياء على الاعتراف بجرائم لم يَرتكِبوها، رغم مصادقة النظام الإيراني على اتفاقات دولية تناهض التعذيب في السجون ومراكز الاحتجاز.
• إن الأساليب التي تنتهجها قوات النظام الإيراني في الاستجوابات تهدف عامةً إلى انتزاع الاعترافات، وهي غالبًا ما تعتمد الإكراه، كما يتم تأخير الوصول إلى محامٍ بشكل منهجي إلى ما بعد استجواب المعتقلين.
• إن النظام الإيراني يصر على انتهاج المحاكمات الاستثنائية والإجراءات غير العادلة، بحق المعتقلين الأحوازيين دون التفات لقرارات أو مطالبات دولية بشأن حقوق الإنسان، ودون احترام لقوانين ومواثيق محلية ودولية وقع عليها.
• على المجتمع الدولي أن يتحمل مسؤولياته في دفع النظام الإيراني للإفراج عن كافة المعتقلين، وتوظيف قرارات الإدانة لصالح المعتقلين أنفسهم، لا لتحقيق مصالح الدول على حساب حقوق الإنسان.
• وختامًا .. تؤكد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان تمسكها بالحق في العدل والحرية لكل المعتقلين، والحق في الحياة الكريمة الآمنة لجميع أفراد الشعب الأحوازي.
