رفضت مصلحة السجون في سجن شيبان، نقل المعتقل الأحوازي يحيى نصيري إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج بعد تدهور حالته الصحية، وأصرت على إبقائه في غرفة اعتقاله دون تقديم العلاج اللازم له.
وبحسب مصادر حقوقية، فإن يحيى نصيري يعاني من البواسير، ويحتاج لعملية جراحية عاجلة بسبب خطورة حالته؛ إلا أن السلطات القضائية والأمنية تمنع نقله إلى مستشفى خارج السجن لتلقي العلاج.
ويعد يحيى نصيري أحد المعتقلين خلال مظاهرات عام 2005 في الأحواز، وتعرض خلال اعتقاله للتعذيب، كما واجه الضرب المبرح المتواصل في الحبس الانفرادي لمدة 9 أشهر.
ووفق المعلومات المتوافرة، فإن المعتقل الأحوازي “نصيري” قضى من محكوميته في السجن 18 عامًا، حيث حكم عليه بالإعدام من قبل الفرع الأول لمحكمة الثورة في الأحواز في محاكمة قصيرة ودرامية ترأسها القاضي شعباني، وخففت العقوبة فيما بعد إلى السجن مدى الحياة، وكالعادة حُرم من حقه في الاستعانة بمحام في جميع مراحل الإجراءات.
من جهتها، تدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، سياسة الموت البطيء التي ينتهجها النظام الإيراني، المتمثل بالإهمال الطبي الذي يمارسه بحق الأسرى الأحوازيين في المعتقلات الإيرانية.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن الأوضاع داخل السجون الإيرانية تشهد انهيارًا إنسانيًا وحقوقيًا لا مثيل له حيث تشهد الزنازين اكتظاظًا غير مسبوق، ويتعرض المعتقلين للإذلال اليومي من إدارة السجون مثل تعرضهم للركل والضرب والتعرية، إضافة إلى تقييد الأيدي وعصب الأعين لفترات طويلة.
وتوضح المنظمة أن كثير من المعتقلين حاولوا مواجهة الانتهاكات الإيرانية بالإضراب لتلبية مطالبهم العادلة، إلا أن سلطات السجون تواجه تلك الخطوات بمزيد من التضييق على المعتقلين المضربين عن الطعام في شتى الوسائل أبرزها عدم توفير بيئة ورعاية صحية لهم حتى مع دخولهم مرحلة الخطر.
وعلى هذا تطالب المنظمة الجهات الدولية والحقوقية بالبدء الفعلي في التحقيق بالجرائم التي ترتكبها سلطات السجون الإيرانية بحق المعتقلين الأحوازيين وفي مقدمتها سياسة الإهمال الطبي.
كما تحمل المجتمع الدولي وهيئة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحقوقية مسؤوليتها القانونية والأخلاقية، والوفاء بالتزاماتها، والضغط على سلطات النظام الإيراني للتوقف عن سياسة الإهمال الطبي بحق الأسرى الأحوازيين.
وتدعو لتشكيل لجنة تحقيق دولية ومستقلة، للتحقيق في سياسة الإهمال الطبي المتعمد ضد المعتقليين الأحوازيين ومدى التزام سلطات السجون الإيرانية بقواعد القانون الدولي والإنساني.
وتطالب اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر – لما لها من تواصل مع ما يسمى الهلال الأحمر الإيراني -، بالعمل الدؤوب والمستمر لثني إدارة السجون عن سياسة الإهمال الطبي ولمتابعة وتحسين الواقع الصحي للمعتقلين الأحوازيين في سجون النظام الإيراني سيئة السمعة.
