أقدمت قوات النظام الإيراني على تصفية شاب أحوازي يدعى مهدي تميمي عبدالرؤوف خلال محاولة توقيف أثناء سفره إلى شمال جغرافية إيران.
وقالت مصادر حقوقية إن الشاب الأحوازي البالغ من العمر 30 عامًا من أهالي حي الثورة، لفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة بعد أن أطلقت قوات الأمن الإيرانية الرصاص الحي عليه في أحد السيطرات لمجرد أنه رفض التوقف.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن السلطات الإيرانية منعت تسليم ذوي القتيل الجثمان حتى يتنازلوا عن الشكوى التي رفعوها ضد الأجهزة الأمنية.
وتدين المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، استمرار مسلسل القتل خارج القانون، مؤكدة أن واقعة تصفية الشاب الأحوازي مهدي تميمي عبدالرؤوف تعد جريمة إعدام ميداني تستوجب العقاب العاجل والناجز.
وتشير المنظمة إلى أن مثل هذه الوقائع لا يمكن أن تحدث في أي دولة في العالم، وإن افترضنا وحدثت، فإن مرتكبي تلك الجرائم يحالون إلى المحاكمة بشكل عاجل ويجردون من وظائفهم التي هي من المفترض حماية المواطنين لا قتلهم بدم بارد.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن مثل هذه الوقائع لم تكن تتكرر إذا وجدت رادعًا بشكل فوري، إلا أن الأجهزة الأمنية الإيرانية اعتادت على استباحة دماء الشعب الأحوازي الأعزل والإفلات من العقاب.
وتشدد المنظمة على أن جرائم الإعدام الميداني تشكل انتهاكًا صارخًا لجميع المواثيق والقوانين الدولية الخاصة بحقوق الإنسان، والتي تؤكد على الحق في الحياة كأحد الحقوق الأساسية للإنسان؛ إذ نصت المادة (3) من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان على أن لكل فرد الحق في الحياة والحریة وفي الأمان على شخصه.
وتعرب المنظمة عن استنكارها لحالة الخرس الدولي الذي يعيشه المجتمع الدولي والحقوقي تجاه الجرائم التي ترتكبها الأجهزة الأمنية بحق الشعب الأحوازي، داعية إلى اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لتقديم مرتكبي تلك الجرائم إلى المحاكم الدولية.
