في خطوة تعكس تصعيدًا جديدًا من النظام الإيراني ضد المثقفين والصحفيين في الأحواز، داهمت القوات الأمنية الإيرانية منزل الصحفي والناشط الأحوازي ميلاد بحري، المعروف أيضًا باسم مهدي بحري، صباح الثلاثاء 7 يناير 2025 بمدينة الفلاحية. وفقًا لمصادر محلية، واجه بحري ضربات خطيرة قبل أن يتم اقتياده إلى وجهة مجهولة.
ميلاد بحري، البالغ من العمر 35 عامًا، ليس غريبًا على مضايقات السلطات الإيرانية؛ فقد سبق واعتُقل عدة مرات بسبب نشاطه المدني والحقوقي. إلا أن أسباب الاعتقال الأخير لم تُكشف بعد، مع استمرار السلطات في مصادرة أجهزته الإلكترونية وعدم توجيه تهم رسمية ضده.
لم يكن بحري الضحية الوحيدة لهذا التصعيد؛ فقد أفادت تقارير من نشطاء حقوق الإنسان بحدوث حملة اعتقالات ممنهجة في الأيام الأخيرة استهدفت ناشطين سياسيين ومثقفين وصحفيين أحوازيين، شملت هذه الحملة استدعاءات وتهديدات واسعة النطاق، حيث تم الضغط على ناشطين معروفين في المجتمع المدني.
وقد طالت الاعتقالات الأخيرة أسماء بارزة، مثل: سعيد إسماعيل، مصطفى الهليجي، رضا الحزباوي، صادق المنصوري، منصور الجاسمي، أحمد الجلالي، حسين السعيدي، سعيد فلاحي، أحمد الخالدي، أيوب الطرفي، يوسف الساعدي، محمد العياشي، وعلي جبار الساري.
هذه الحملة الأمنية تأتي في ظل توترات متصاعدة بالمناطق الأحوازية، حيث تعمل السلطات الإيرانية على قمع أي صوت معارض أو ناشط يسعى لكشف الانتهاكات ضد الشعب الأحوازي، بما في ذلك قضايا الفقر والتمييز القومي والسياسي.
وفي هذا الصدد، تندد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان بشدة هذا التصعيد الممنهج ضد المثقفين والكتاب في الأحواز، مؤكدة أن هذه الممارسات تنتهك بشكل صارخ المواثيق الدولية التي تحمي حرية التعبير وحقوق الإنسان، ومن بين الاتفاقيات التي خرقتها هذه الإجراءات، العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية (المواد 19 و21) والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان (المادتان 9 و19).
وتكفل المادة 19 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية الحق في التعبير، أما المادة 27 من العهد نفسه تضمن حقوق الأقليات الثقافية واللغوية، كما تحظر المادة 9 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الاعتقال التعسفي.
وتدعو المنظمة المجتمع الدولي إلى الضغط على النظام الإيراني للإفراج الفوري وغير المشروط عن ميلاد بحري وبقية المعتقلين، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الانتهاكات. كما طالبت بتدخل منظمات حقوق الإنسان العالمية لوضع حد لهذه السياسات القمعية التي تهدد استقرار الأحواز وتقوض حقوق الإنسان في المنطقة.
وتؤكد أن استهداف النظام الإيراني للمثقفين والناشطين الأحوازيين ليس إلا محاولة بائسة لإسكات الأصوات الحرة التي تسعى لكشف الحقيقة، وأن الإفراج عن ميلاد بحري وباقي المعتقلين ليس مجرد مطلب حقوقي، بل هو اختبار للمجتمع الدولي ليقف في وجه الظلم ويدافع عن المبادئ الإنسانية الأساسية، فالحرية لا يمكن إسكاتها، ومحاسبة المجرمين هي السبيل لتحقيق العدالة.
