وقد انتشر مؤخرًا مقطعًا مرئيًا لمواطن أحوازي يحاور تنظيف إحدى بالوعات المجاري الطافحة بعد انغمس كليًا فيها ليخرج حجرًا ضخمًا من مواسير الصرف الصحي المتهالكة، مغامرًا بنفسه وصحته؛ الأمر الذي أثار غضبًا عارمًا بين الأحوازيين الذين صبوا جام غضبهم على النظام الإيراني ومسؤوليه.
وتؤكد المنظمة الأحوازية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، أن انعدام الخدمات البلدية وتهالك شبكات الصرف الصحي تأتي ضمن شتى أنواع الحرمان المتعمد والممنهج الذي يمارسه النظام الإيراني ضد الشعب الأحوازي.
وتوضح أن عشرات الآلاف من الشكاوى التي قدمها الأحوازيون في مناطقق متفرقة إلى المسؤولين في البلديات ولم تقابل إلا بالوعود الزائفة، في حين يقترض النظام الإيراني مبالغ طائلة من بنك النقد الدولي تحت ذريعة إعادة تأهيل وإصلاح شبكات الصرف الصحي في عموم الأحواز؛ إلا أن شيئًا لم يتغير على أرض الواقع، إذ تنتشر مستنقعات مياه الصرف الصحي في كل مكان.
وتلفت المنظمة إلى أن مئات الألوف من المهمشين لم يطالبوا بخدمات ترفيهية أو حدائق للتنزه أو حتى أندية أو مكتبات إلى آخره من وسائل الترفيه أو أية مظاهر جمالية، وإنما يطالبون بأبسط المقومات لعيش حياة كريمة.
وتشير إلى أن تهالك شبكات الصرف أدى في بعض المناطق إلى اختلاط المياه الصالحة للشرب بمياه الصرف الصحي، وانبعاث روائح نتنة من أنابيب المياه المنزلية إن وجدت بالأساس، الأمر الذي أدى إلى شيوع الأمراض المعوية والجلدية بين الكثيرين.
وتضيف المنظمة: “لا يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، فأزمة مياه المجاري في المدن الأحوازية والإهمال المتعمد من قبل البلديات و مؤسسات الصرف الصحي تسبب في موت العشرات من الأطفال حتى أطلق عليها الأحوازيون مجاري الموت؛ إذ لا يمر شهرًا حتى يعلن عن ابتلاع الحفر لأحد أبناء الأحواز، وهذا ليس سوى غيض من فيض من ما يعانيه الشعب الأحوازي.
وتعرب المنظمة عن بالغ دهشتها للمساعي الإيرانية في امتلاك سلاح ننوي بينما تبدو مشكلات الصرف الصحي أكبر من أن يحلها النظام الإيراني.
وتتهم النظام الإيراني بالتلاعب بالملف الخدمي والبيئي، حيث وصلت مستويات التلوث وانتشرت معها أمراض الجهاز التنفسي والسرطان وارتفاع معدل الأمراض الجلدية والقلب وأمراض الكلى نتيجة إهمال البلدية والأجهزة التنفيذية التابعة للنظام الإيراني، بالتزامن مع عجز المستشفيات عن مواجهة هذه الأمراض لأنها غير مجهزة ولا تحوي عددًا كافيًا من الأطباء والإمكانيات الصحية.
وتشدد المنظمة على أن حق الحصول على المياه وخدمات الصرف الصحي والمرافق، وحق العلاج والعمل ما يضمن حياة كريمة، منصوص عليها في معاهدات حقوق الإنسان القائمة، وعلى المجتمع الدولي التحرك حتى يتحمل النظام الإيراني المسؤولية الرئيسية في ضمان تحقيق هذه الحقوق وسائر حقوق الإنسان الأساسية.
